The IBO has been around for more tahn 20 years and has staged some major title fights involving World Class champions.

The IBO is recognized right after the WBO.

Interim titles are not world titles.

Interm titles do count as world titles reason being is that Jorge Arce is recognized a 3 division champ even though his reign at flyweight was WBC Interm title. Nonito Donaire is recognized as a 2 division champ even though his Super Flyweight reign was a WBA interm title. so far they have been counting interm titles. those are two of the best examples that come to mind right now but i'm sure there are others.

18 champs and not one can beat King Pacquiao....

I am going to quote another poster who once said

"Pac has stopped more Mexicans than the Border Patrol" LMAO!!!

Humberto Soto could KO Pacman, but Pac is toon scared to fight him, which is why Pac ducks Soto.

Juan Diaz is another fighter that Pac ducks.

Pac has also ducked a 3rd Marquez fight.

Pac is afraid of a real challenge, and only wants catcweights, old faded greats, etc.

Humberto Soto is considered a 3-divisional world champion.
Soto won the Interim WBC Featherweight title from Rocky Juarez, causew In Jin Chi was out on medical suspension.

Aztecas, you're a ****ing moron and a fake poster, troll, etc.

Andre Berto being of Haitian descent does NOT make him a Haitian World Champion. Born in Miami, Florida, USA. this is just another thing in this thread you're wrong about. Mexico doesn't have 18 WORLD champions. Alfredo Angulo is not a world champion. just stop.
