Sulaiman is from the WBC, and is not the only one that gives Interim titles.

The WBA, IBF, and WBO also have Interim champions.

An Interim World title, is the same meaning as a standard World Title.

I only ask that you do not judge all mexicans by Aztecas comments. I am Mexican and also agree with you all that Angulo (and others on that list) shouldn't be considered legitimate world champions. That being said, I'm glad i was born in a country that has produced fighters which have given boxing fans around the world some of the best and most exciting fights ever!! Viva Mexico!!!!!

How is Margarito supposed to even get an opportunity to become a world titlist in 2011? He's coming off a ridiculously lopsided loss in just November. That means no better than a 10-rounder next time out...if not the rest of the year (he only fights once or twice a year).
