Anways! You should fight at a weight in which you are comfortable at and is not too strenuous on your body. Putting on 13 pounds seems like a bit much, why not stay at 178?

You do realise you're not texting your friends? If you want help try typing English. You'll find you get more help if people just read your post instead of having to work out each word then work out what the **** you're on about.
