Legacy: fraud who knew how to manipulate simple-minded people from a nation I shall not name. That's it. Will walk into the Cyprus sunset with a fat bank account and a cynic's satisfaction for having swindled tens of millions of people. Class act.

I've noticed you've been creating plenty of new threads about David Haye lately. Slow week RoosterC?

That will be the most common response 10 years from now, when asked about Haye

You're forgetting that Haye is one of the best Cruisers of all time (I know it's a young division) Haye has a great Cruiserweight legacy but little to no HW legacy. I do think he would beat Wladimir should they fight again.

You forgot the main phrase that sums up Haye and his fans.

" In a mythical match up Haye beats every current heavyweight boxer. "

Haye has quickly gone from one of the most overrated to one of the most underrated fighters.

Has been voted the best Cruiser of the last decade for a reason. He was an ATG at that weight with probably the best combiantion of power and speed ever at cruiser.

His HW resumee is spotty, but let's face it unless you beat a Klitschko, it is hard to be rated all-time at the moment. Still he has turned him into a legitmate HW with serious power and speed. He held a title and went 12 rounds with Wlad and in my eyes still beats everybody in the division not named Klitschko, while giving an aged Vitali a tougher fight than most people expect. That being said he could not beat Wlad unless he landes a lucky "Hayemaker". Haye in the Ruiz fight was bigger than Holy, Holmes and Tyson. No, he is not as good as these guys, but he would be a dangerous foe with his speed and power in any era.
