Mayweather Vs. The Margarito And Clottey That Pacquiao Fought?

yea man close fights. They are nothing amazing but good enough to give Floyd a close fight.

 

Margarito wouldn't lay a glove on Floyd.

Floyd chose not to fight him, and thats part of Floyds faults, but Margarito can't touch him.

 

A close fight to me is someone winning by the odd rounds, or a split decision. To me that's a close fight. How many rounds could you realistically see clottey winning against floyd?

 

Margarito would definitely land some shots.

Floyd felt it wasn't the right fight for him at the time and that's ok. You can't put yourself in his shoes and know his reasons so it's not for you to judge if it's his fault or not.

 

Part of his FAULTS, as in, he doesn't take the fights the public is screaming for.

I'm not saying its his fault personally that fight never happened, as I know Bob Arum owes him money.

Floyd style and marg style would have made for an extremely boring match, and it would have hurt Floyd's marketability. That's what I think.

Bob Arum himself admitted that Floyd had no problem fighting Margarito, but Arum was trying to screw him by making him sign for 3 more fights at lower gurantees than what he was worth so mayweather just said to hell with Top Rank altogether and went on to sell millions of PPV's without them.

Even if Mayweather was the biggest coward whoever lived he'd have nothing to fear from such a slow ass, block punches with his face fighter like Margarito.

 

I think Floyd will duck them!!
