Myself and a mate are flirting with the idea of going to the Pacquiao-Mosley fight. It'll be around my 21st so it's an excuse to just get ****ed up in Vegas, but also to see Pacquiao and Mosley in the flesh which would be awesome!!! Not really sure how to go about it though. There's a couple sites selling tickets, but I'm not sure they're credible. TicketmasterUS don't know the fight exists. Thomas Cook don't know about the fight either... World Choice sports have a deal going... But have never heard of them either. You can understand I want to be sure coz I'll be handing over a lot of money (for me anyway)... Anyone got any advice?
i dont know mate but make sure its after you actually turn 21 as they can and likely will be ****s about drinking and gambleing if your not quite 21 yet
world choice sports are kosher :good also, queensbury travel altho i aint used them. if u can ur better off getting ut ticket from the box office and getting flights from expedia.co.uk be alot cheaper
Look on the web ( And I mean look ) Find the cheapest flight you can ( Sometimes NOT always ) it is cheaper to fly somewhere other than Vegas in the USA and get a connection flight to Vegas ! As far as I am aware Virgin Atlantic and British Airways are the only Airlines that fly direct to Vegas from UK ! Then find cheapest hotel in Vegas ( I would avoid the North area of the strip as it is a bit of a dive ) When you have added up your chepeat flight and Hotel go to expedia and Travel agents and see if they can beat it ! Airlines most probably have sales on NOW !!!!! At a guess if your looking to save a bit of money Luxor and Excalibur would be a good bet for Hotels and they are opposite MGM Grand pretty much
Cheers lads :good I'll be 21 in April so no worries there. I tried buying tickets from the major ticket companies but none of them have the fight listed. Looked on expedia as well and their prices are good, but I wouldn't have tickets so :!:
im hopefully going in april for marquez morales:bbb do u mean in freemont street, the old vegas, i stayed there once, its good for a day on the ****, has a lil titty bar there aswell, the low budget type. the Excaliber is a cheapish hotel opposite the MGM and is very nice, ive stayed there aswell. yea i normally do connecting flights, only downside is u gotta pay for the beers on the plane but give u a chance to stretch ur legs off the plane
No I just meant central to south area of the strip looks nicer , I stayed in the Mandalay Bay ( very nice ) but when I went up to do the rides on the Stratosphere I thought the north area of the strip looked pretty dodgy !
I was thinking the same, so I guess that site selling the tickets isn't legit? MGM website don't even have anything up about it. :conf When will the tickets go on sale? Any website I should be checking or anything?
did u go the rides there, i bottled it yea i know what u mean, bit shabby like. mandalay bay looks very nice, specially with the artificial beach
