Haye would be the favorite by a fair amount. Boytsov is too inexperienced at this point in my humble opinion.

I think Povetkin would be a live underdog vs. Haye and that's mostly because he's a notoriously slow starter, and we haven't really seen his chin tested by a good puncher yet. Still, Sasha has good skills & nice combinations that are quite accurate if he can survive Haye into the middle rounds.

Thompson is a good opponent but not a safe fight if he is trying to keep the Klitschko fight alive

Thompson can beat Haye or atleast give him a tough one

he went 11 rounds with Wlad and landed more than anybody ever did vs Wlad

he is tall and big and would represent a nice warm up before a Klitschko

Thompson to me is a respectable fight for anybody

I dont think Haye really wants to challenge himself. I am just proposing Thompson from a fan perspective. It would be Hayes greatest challenge and his best win. thompson is a dangerous guy even at 40 yrs old. He would be a belt holder if wlad and vitali werent in the picture. He has a good resume, good size, power and determination. His timing was just off.

I always respected Tony Thompson's skills. He was the last guy to win any rounds against Wladimir. He put up a decent effort. So did Calvin Brock but Brock doesn't fight anymore................

Haye knows that the british boxing fans want a Harrison rematch, so Haye would give the fans what they want.

Roy Jones could actually do it. Haye slows down in the late rounds and if Jones doesnt get stopped early he might do it.

Chagaev should get the shot, but if not Chag, then Povetkin. Boystov is out with a hand injury. I doubt SNV is ready, so that leaves Povetkin. Haye is co-promoted by Sauerland. They might decide this represents a big pot of money, and the chance to solidify control of the WBA belt.

Interesting Rahman is #5 in Nov. Wow, the WBA will look ridiculous if that happens. K2 would have good reason to ***** if Ustinov is passed over like that.
