I will just make one point so far as this ongoing saga, or disgrace, between Wladimir and David is concerned.

After Haye beat Audley Harrison talks once again were rampant about a proposed matchup between the two. At the time Haye promised the world he would make the fight. Now, not one person ever at anytime on these pages or on any other boxing pages said: 'Wladimir should never agree to fight Haye, because David can't be trusted.' or 'Haye is a proven liar etc Wladimir should move on, and freeze him out.'

Instead everyone instead asked, or joked about whether Haye would ever 'grow a pair of balls' and get in the ring. Everyone of Wladimir's fans seemed confident Haye would run away.

Now Haye did everything in his power to make the Wladimir fight. He agreed to the demands, prepared himself to fight in Germany etc. Wladimir has turned around and chosen to fight Derek Chisora next.

IF, and its a big IF, Wladimir had wanted more than anything else to fight Haye, the fight would be signed now.

Why are Wladimir's fans now praising him for freezing Haye out? Why are they saying 'Haye couldn't be trusted not the break the contract etc' and all these other rationales which justify Wladimir not agreeing to the fight??

There seems to be a gross inconsisteny here, and for all of Haye's faults it seems perfectly clear that Wladimir was perhaps not as keen on fighting Haye as he said he was.

I don't see how the above can be argued with? Unless anyone actually saw Wladimir's fans claiming he should never agree to fight Haye before this last set of negotiations?

Should he take a pen and make forgery on Haye's signature?

I dont blame wlad. Haye has ****ed around to many times and pulling out of a big fight in june 2009. **** haye. Wlad is the champ and runs the HWD. Haye is a fraud paper champ who riggs fights and fights bums.

Wlad wants a tune up fight haye said no . Haye is a *****. I dont know how haye can have a fan after the A farce fight. That was disgrace to all boxing fans and the brit fans. That was a sad day for boxing.

haye is a coward cuz wlad chose to fight chisora?.lol.okk.

if wlad did want a tune up and did want to fight haye he would have said before real negotiations that he wants a tune up first.

not turn around right at last minute when everything was agreed to go and back out of signing.

he would talk about augsut/september/october as a realistic time for setting up the haye fight if he really wanted it to realistically happen.

"Haye had a chance to fight Wlad in July, Haye like always backed down from that chance. Haye is a coward."

Haye was in negotiations for the Wladimir fight, Wladimir had not mentioned a tuneup before, but turned around at the last minute and said he was fighting Chisora next. He knew this meant Haye would have to schedule a defence against Chagaev, thereby putting the bout in jeapordy.

All the problems were ironed out, and all this crap with Chagaev and Chisora should have been taken care off afterwards. This fight that both men had promised is what should have happened.

This is precisely my point, by this logic Wladimir does not want to fight Haye, even if the reasons are because he distrusts him. Yet nobody says that. They still call Haye a 'coward' as though Wlad wants to fight him?

Why didn't any of Wladimir's fans say that he shouldn't fight him because he is untrustworthy before the fight fell through?

And one more thing: Can you imagine what Wladimir's hardcore fans would have said if at the last minute of negotiations Haye had decided to fight Chagaev instead?

"but after he agreed to all the demands and the money been right and the TV spot was reserved he forgot to use this power to take a pen and sign the contract"

He couldn't do that!!! By Wladimir choosing to fight Chisora, Haye had to schedule a fight with Chagaev. What about that point do people not understand. It was not within Haye's power to agree to the fight after that point.

Wladimir Klitschko is perhaps the most overrated heavyweight champion in the history of boxing

I hope Bill Patrice's nonsense never appears on the main page again. Seems like registering and posting here at the forum is the only way this fraud has a voice.

No you have summed things up well.

Haye did all he could to make this fight happen, Wlad went and made Chisora and ruined the fight.

Big ***** out by Wlad, credibility gone at the moment.
