http://mmajunkie.com/news/22057/bro...tos-named-the-ultimate-fighter-13-coaches.mma Lesnar is going to get himself hurt again. JDS' striking is way too good, and way too powerful.
I think the opposite is true as well though; if JDS can't stop the takedown, Lesnar can be quite dominant on top. I think both will be good coaches; often what wins in TUF is gameplanning, which JDS will have the edge in, and physical preparation, which Lesnar will have the edge in.
I'm so happy Brock hasn't got the **** out of dodge. This pleases me. Looking forward to it. And no Interim title shot. Brilliant.
I agree, Junior's grappling remains quite the unknown factor. I wouldn't be shocked if Lesnar took him down relatively easily. One thing's for sure, Lesnar will be more eager than ever to take it to the mat.
JDS' takedown defense has looked pretty good thus far, but he hasn't faced a wrestler like Brock, yet. I do think that Brock's style of wrestling will play into JDS' strengths, though. JDS has great reflexes, and if Brock rushes in like a gorilla, he will ending up eat some heavy shots.
something tells me lesnar would be a terrible coach. his lack of people skills have been well documented.
But what if Lesnar does take JDS down and smashes him? Is Dana seriously going to offer up Cain/Brock II, given what happened the first time round? Considering he got a title shot with a 2-1 UFC record, I'm guessing he will. :think
I'm looking forward to seeing how he deals with other people as a mentor. Can't see it being good as he is a lunatic at the best of times. Isn't his gym supposedly made up of just complete ****s and nothing else.
I'd say he would Brock sells so Dana will put him in if it makes him money I assume. Where else is there to go as well if it happens.
