After taking big punches from the likes of Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito, I am now convinced that Floyd can't hurt Pacquiao if ever they fight. Pacquiao may even knock Floyd out easily with his unorthodox voluminous punches coming from all angles. No wonder, Floyd does not want to do anything with Pacquiao. He knows he will surely lose his 0.

There is only one guy who really has a solid puncher's chance of KO against Pac, that is Mosley. Floyd would counter, but Floyd himself hasn't stopped a fighter since Hatton. Little chance he'd pull it off.

 

Floyd had the power to get Mosley's respect, I think it is very possible he can hurt Pac with a well placed counter. It doesn't mean Floyd wins though. Pac is not hurt by much slower guys who he invites to punch him while he sits back and tightens up and prepares to get whaled on. You cannot prepare though for unexpected punches or a punch you don't see coming, which is why they are so devastating.

 

This is boxing. Everyone reacts differently to different punches from different people.

Mayweather might hurt and knock Pacquiao out, and vise versa.

But also, Mayweather may not be able to hurt Pacquiao, and vise versa.
