I don't think he tried that same combo too many times after that, in that fight. That's really the point. He did not exactly walk through Marquez.

CompuBox Punchstats Total Punches Mayweather Mosley Landed 208 92 Thrown 477 452 Pct. 44% 20% Power Punches Mayweather Mosley Landed 123 46 Thrown 267 169 Pct. 46% 27% Mayweather is on the left & Mosley is on the right.
No one never gets hit however to only get hit with 20% of your oppoent's punches is verry verry good.
Just incase you think Mosley is some bum with no accuracy
these are the stats from his previous fight.
    Jabs Margarito Mosley Landed 30 60 Thrown 182 267 Percent 16% 22% Power Punches Margarito Mosley Landed 78 118 Thrown 303 240 Percent 26% 49% Total Punches Margarito Mosley Landed 108 178 Thrown 485 507 Percent 22% 35% Mosley's numbers are on the right Margarito's are on the left.
Mosley went from landing 35% of his punches to 20% that's a 15% decrese.
Add the fact that Mayweather is not going to be a standing target sure it is easy to get a hgh connect % when you have standing targets but what happens when you have a moving target?
    Edit,
****ing copy/paste. This statment is not drected at davebenoit or anyone else, but at the coppy/past function that ****ed up this otherwise great post up.

Marquez lost the fight, but Marquez won more rounds, Pacquaio really tried to get Marquez outta there, it just wouldnt work. But Bob Arum can make that happen. :yep

Floyd can hurt Pac but not as much as Cotto or Margo did but its about winning and not damage and Floyd will be favored to beat Pac. Ill say it again that if Pac dominates Floyd hes side by side with SRR.
