    I'm thinking he'll tone down the hating a bit, I can't see Dan saying anything complimentary about Haye though.

    WHY do they insist on giving him a platform? He's no better than the idiots in the General Forum, if he can get paid for spouting ill-informed nonsense then there is hope for us all.

    As a sidenote: is this a sign Sky are sick of Haye's bull****? They're getting on one of Haye's biggest haters.

    (Not saying I agree with Rafael -- he is way too biased against Haye -- and I don't like Haye.)

    dan is one of the best boxing journos out there always gets breaking stories first.It only his over the top hatred of haye (which in fairness has some truth behind it) that makes you all hate him.Great sky have gone for someone that will not be a nodding dog

    Would have never have guessed that from your posts and writing. :lol:

    Why would Sky be sick of him? They (along with RTL) scuppered the Wlad deal ultimately and they pushed for the Harrison fight. They can’t blame him for doing what they wanted as well.

    He’s made them more money than Khan or any of Warren’s wonderboys. The only guy that’s done better in the last five years is Hatton.

    It sounds like they want a dissenting voice on the panel. Dan’s bias and poor logic will get pulled to shreds by someone like Nelson or Mcguigan. And if Booth or Haye are there, he’s going to end up looking like a complete fanny.

    He’s shat himself every time a fighter’s challenged him: a big man on Twitter and ESPN, but a complete coward in person.

    And, let’s not forget, he’s an appalling journalist. He peddles bias and pretends he’s being objective.

    He is a dreadful journalist, good at breaking stories on twitter, but that's it. Terribly biased and unobjective.

    It's a sad day when twitter and text commentary has become the dominant form of 'journalism'
