SS is 26 and has a great style for the pro's,my stable is getting better year by year and i hope i have another champion soon
Billy, do you struggle to get good sparring for him in with Light heavy, Cruiser and Heavy weights in Scotland? or is it a case of getting guys in from down south or travelling down south yourselves?
i have seen stevie simmons fight alot as an amateur and he has good power, fast hands and can move well too. but i think his problem could be his punch resistance. he has been stopped a few times as an amateur. if billy can sort out his defence and how to react when he has been caught then he could be in the mix at brit level.

Robbed in this fight I reckon. I remember Simmons was really unhappy about the decision, especially it being on his home show. The boy was only a light heavy though, and young but I believe he was touted as a big star in sweden and the promoters were dying to sign him up.
wud be interesting been wathcing a few of his fights on youtube and he looks like a real talent to be fair to him!! altho i too fink simbo beat him when they fought
