I've read several books on Joe Louis, know all about his unfaithfulness, but never knew of direct physical abuse. I'm not asking for a source, but if you could tell me a little about it, that'd be sweet.

Obviously its not right but why do most people call Floyd a woman beater without mentioning it every single time any of the five fighters i named are mentioned. Also how many racist comments has bernard Hopkins and Muhammad ali made in their time? Dont be such ****ing hypocrits. If your going to keep mentioning Floyds racism and woman beating every time hes mentioned then why dont you just mention it whenever any other racist wife beating fighters are brought up. Dont have different views for different fighters just because you may not like their personalitys.

The Louis and Ali "troubles" were quickly brushed under the rug.
