Out of his depth? I think Haye and Booth are probably laughing there ****ing tits off as we speak looking at there bank statements thinking to themselves how the **** have we pulled this off.
Haye doesn't give a **** about his legacy/resume he is all about the money him and Booth have done a great job for themselves avoided signing there future away to the big promoters and made themselves both multi millionaires fighting bums and old men, mission accomplished it seems to me.
People always want more so they must be pissed the Wlad fight is belly up. Good luck to them keeping Hayemaker alive when Haye retires.
I don't think Booth and Haye see any 'problems' with anything. They've done things their way, its not about whether I advocate it or what we all think of it, there isn't a problem from their POV because they're doing everything exactly as they want to. They didn't have to fight Audley but they decided to and made a ton of money. They didn't have to go the Valuev route but they did because it won them a title and made them a more valuable asset. They didn't have to make the negotiations so difficult for Wladimir but they did because clearly they are not overly bothered if they have to take another 'easy' fight for a lot of money.
If Haye was with Frank he'd still be in the cruiserweight division milking the WBO title. No way would he have been allowed to fight Mormeck in Paris.
I thought Frank was retireing anyway when Haye beat Enzo The Daily Mail are at it again shocking there headlines for Warrens piece about Haye.... Now Frank Warren lays into WBO world heavyweight champion David Haye Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/ot...weight-champion-David-Haye.html#ixzz18ByqxuHX atsch
all said and done i like a lot of people took the Ha###son debacle on the chin on the premise that Haye- KLit would be guaranteed next. How ridiculous does that episode seem now and the Klit fight is still not signed. Disapointed. Disapointed and a bit pissed off.
He and Haye are going to be sitting around on their elbows for a while if the Chagaev doesn't get licensed. (That's my attempt at nicking the blackadder joke)
:rofl Booth and Haye are playing a short-term game. Maybe they'll make enough money and retire pretty soon and be happy with their lot. But they could have done so much more for boxing and, in the long term, they would have got more out of it. At the moment, Hayemaker Promotions is going nowhere when David retires.
i think you could be right, they have nobody else in the stable that adam booth could promote the way he can with haye. his hard to get tactics could ruin more careers than mick hennessey.
Ok,ok...yes, he's slimey dark and untrusting but you've stepped over the line with the Hennessey comment.
