The only thing i agree with on your post is that the fight wont happen :deal

Other than that , its a business mans approach , like i stated previously , its a great fight , thankfully your not Amir Khan because if you were he'd be fighting Paul McCloskey's for the rest of his career just incase his pretty face got hurt or banged up !!!!

Nobody on this forum gives a **** what Golden Boy , or Roach or Lazarus thinks about Khan's match making , we are just saying Maidana 2 is a huge huge fight , after all Khan is supposed to be a world champion isnt he ???

On the Maidana point , Maidana would have no option but to accept the fight on Khan's terms , as he for all of 9 and a half round got his ass handed to him by Khan last time out , so the venue , payday and T's and C's would be on Khan's terms but still benficial for Maidana as clearly this fight would generate huge revenue

Maidnana would not turn that down :deal

Be serious, you don't have to SRL to outbox Abraham . As for the Kessler fight, there was nothing controversial about it, a clear majority decision for Kessler. It was competitive but Kessler outworked & out-boxed him :bbb!

That's funny, Kessler outworked Froch, outboxed? I don't think so.. he barely landed his jabs for **** sake. How can it be a "clear" majority decision, its a fight from your own eyes, it reminds me of Zelenoff the punk saying he had someone winning a split decision, as if he had three cards on his hands and scored different three times

Either you had a guy winning or losing, or drawing for that matter, Huck "won" against Lebedev, but I know for a fact Lebedev is the uncrowned champ for me.

Okay, the Tilleman scorecord was a joke but for me, Kessler did enough to win the fight. As for Froch's sour grapes afterwards, you seriously think he would have got the Pascal & Dirrell decisions if they hadn't been in England?

And now Maidana says he'll go to UK and fight Amir.

    Why not make it happen?

    Rematches don't happen in boxing?

That fight was relatively close and Maidana was competetive throughout, even had Khan on his bike.

Khan just wants a easy tune up for the braldey/alexander fight in the summer. If maidana does well a rematch is possible within a few years.

They're gonna play Maidana like Team Pacquiao played JMM, walk a different route for a few years?

I actually think there will never be a rematch.

Wlad never rematched Sanders, and Vitali never rematched Byrd. I guess most fighters don't have the luxury of a brother who does their dirty laundry for them.

ofcourse rematches happen... but there are bigger fights right now

maidana should win a few then move up and rematch khan at 147 in a couple years

    fresh weight ... more intresting

all these boxers calling khan out are just begging for a big payday..think what happens with the chap in your av

Did their dirty laundry for them?

Sanders vacated the title and escaped the rematch clause with Wladimir, remember that? Wlad always wanted a rematch, what was the point of it when he finally regained the title? Sanders was to Wlad what Presscot is to Khan today.

Immediate rematches, which this would be, are best suited for controversial decisions, like Hopkins-Pascal, Hopkins-Calzaghe, etc. This wasn't really controversial, and Maidana is still active and in the hunt for a world title, so a potential unification bout down the line with Khan is within the realm of possibility.

B.S., shouldn't Froch give Pascal or Dirrell a re-match away from his home cooked decisions??:deal Cheeky f*cker then had the cheek to say Kessler was gifted the win after they fought:lol:
