Floyd never attempted to walk him down like he did Mosley, he danced around and made Marquez look like he had nothing to do in the ring with Floyd, which he ofcourse didn't.

Floyd wanted to shake off some rust, and did so.. he never stepped on the pedal against JMM though, anyone could see what he was doing in there.

 

Myth is the right word for it seeing as how its based on one shitty performance against one of the top fighters in the history of the sport...

He's only had 1 fight above 140(it's also the only fight he's had above 135). So I'll reserve my opinion for when he does fight at 140(if it happens).

 

Marquez is a pro counter puncher. emmanuel tried his hardest to KO Marquez, and we all saw what happened. I think it was the 10th or 11th round where Floyd turned up the aggression trying to KO Marquez. Floyd Jr ends up taking his foot off the gas pedal in the 12th after realizing how hard it would be for him to KO Marquez.

 

I agree with you Fred, just because Mosley is likely to beat JMM should they fight, he should be the one fighting Pac.

What about the fact that Mosley arguably lost his last two outings, whereas Marquez actually won a recent fight aswell as having Pacquiao go life and death with him in the past.
