Ridiculous, whether you think he is a worthy opponent or not, everyone has to agree this is a huge opportunity for him. He should not be the one pulling the plug here!

I wouldnt say that, he is overated imo because he beat Ortiz, he has decent power but devastating ??? No chance if you have devastating power you are knocking the likes of Amir Khan out every day of the week, I actually give mccloskey a great chance to beat Maidaina he is made for McCloskey with his crude plodding style.

None of us know how much money has been offered.

Fact is is that Khan has said every opponent has asked for too much money so far, I think it is his policy to low ball at first to see what he can get away with in terms of funds

I know for a fact £75k is high for a european title defence. its not plucking out of this air. you lot slag of the numbers but i have been told allot of info about purses plus you only have to look at purse bid results to get an idea.
