If they were to have met each other at the prime of their career's who wins? I go for benn (TKO 10) in a backwards and forwards brawl in which both men hit the canvas several times.:fight What's your thoughts?

I think Collins was at his best against Johnson and Kalambay, both fights could've gone either way and they were two of the best technicians and slicksters. Both sneaky counter rights and inside brawling against Johnson impressive, and constantly let his hands go against Kalambay, where he appeared quicker than later in career (and jabbed more). Benn was at his best against Wharton, Giminez and McClellan. Jabbed Wharton's head off darting in and out all night, hit super counters to Giminez, and ducked and weaved his way under McClellan's rights to come up with his much more compact punches. Matching them at their best fantasistically and you get a more quality boxing match than we did get, for sure. I just think there's too big a gulf in athletic talent - Benn punching far more powerfully and being far more evasive, as well as faster feet and nicer jab. I can see him now countering off the ropes a charging Collins and not staying inside, getting by Steve with brain as well as brawn. Benn PTS
Benn would f'n batter him. Collins is very overrated IMO, his fight with Kalambay isn't that close IMO, not that Sumbu is a very good stylistic gauge here
Benn's rights in the Sanderline Williams fight were so fast. Collins would eat so many of those and get disjointed in digesting them, leaving his boxing messier as Benn bangs in counters.
