I've been on a binge of southpaw vs southpaw fighters in recent days and was wondering if someone can recomend some of these matches to include in my list....what are some great southpaw fights you would recommend?

    so far I have watched:
Whitaker vs Ramirez I & II
    Whitaker vs JC Vasquez
    JC Vasquez vs Winky Wright
    Hagler vs Minter
    Hamed vs Kelley
Saldivar vs Seki I & II
    Nunn vs Cordoba I
    Camacho vs Limon
    Camacho vs Solis
    Camacho vs Ramirez
    Navarette vs Boza Edwards
    Limon vs Navarette

Limon V Navarette & The Saldivar vs Seki fights are the ones I would suggest the strongest so far...what other fights do I need to add????

    Hamsho-Minter
    Hagler-Hamsho I
    Jim Watt-Charlie Nash

You can't go wrong with the 130 pound top men of the post Arguello era, Navarrete, Boza Edwards, Limon and Camacho.

Hamed is a switch hitter who is more righty. Along those lines you could include Witter-Corley (Witter is a right handed switch hitter)

    Tarver-Harding 2, Tarver-R Johnson, Judah-Spinks 1&2, Jirov-Moorer, Alexander-Urango, Martinez- WIlliams 1&2, Quitana-Williams 1&2, Judah-Corley

Edit I just read 'good fights', so I've bolded the ones I personally liked

    Ref: Are you OK
    Harding: Yeah
    ref: Are you sure:
    Harding: I'm from PHILLADELPHIA!

Yep :D Still got battered after  Didn't Tarver say 'are you trying to get this man killed' to the ref? Tarver looked like a killer that night

I've watched Wright-McKart 2 today for the first time and it was pretty good.

I haven't seen all of Pacquiao-Diaz but it's good if you wanna check out Pacquiao's combination punching even though he overmatched Diaz.

Dawson-Tarver 1 was a schooling and could've been a shutout had Chad not gave away rounds(his lack of focus cost him the Pascal fight). Dawson-Tarver 2 was good, I'd check that out to if you can.

What are the differences between watching southpaw vs southpaw compared to orthodox vs orthodox?:think

Probably not a huge ammount from a technical standpoint, but as the huge majority of boxers are orthodox that is how you train for the most part. So when a southpaw is faced with another southpaw they are as out of their element as an orthodox fighter facing a southpaw...and then it is who is able to adapt the best.

    I also watched d red 1s , but also :
Nunn vs Liles , Tarver vs Harding #1 , Tarver vs Dawson #1 and maybe a part of #2 , at least a part of Dawson vs Harding (or did i completely score it ?) ,
and most probably a few more .
I usually do not care and unaware of fighters' stance when i watch fights at least .

The second one I think is absolutely brilliant.
