Winky should be able to beat Macklin, even at this stage.

I have changed my mind on this a bit. Im starting to favour Macklin. Just theres no reason for GBP to make this fight other than wanting a Macklin win.

Don't be fooled, this isn't a hard fight for Winky old or otherwise. He can still pump out a jab which Macklin has no answer to, Macklin does not have a jab to compete. He couldn't even keep Varon at bay with a jab, and he doesn't have movement either so he's a lead footed target. His defence is atrocious, and he doesn't have lightning speed or anything thats going to give an old Winky nightmares. Plain and simple Macklin is not the type of fighter to expose Wright's age.

Not a chance. I've a brand new nipper and he is going through enough nappies to pay for two trips to Vegas.

I've never been before either, me and a few mate have been holding a reserve for Mayweather-Pacmam but that looks like it may never happen.

One thing is for sure. Winky aint getting knocked out by nobody, especially ****ing Macklin. Wright will box the **** out of this guy.

Macklin started his training camp yesterday and was keen to get down to business.

Busy time ahead for Joe Gallagher.

I think Winky is completely done if I'm honest.

I know that Williams was a bad style for Winky, maybe even in his prime but it looked like he couldn't get his shots off at all. By the time of the fight Winky would have had one fight in about 3 years, which was a dominant loss.

Macklin to edge this on PTS I reckon.
