Awful post. The only two who can beat him are the Klitschko's and he can beat them too.

 

Good list. Haye is 100% hype job.

 

In my opinion, the Klitschkos are a whole level above anyone in the division, Haye included. Haye's a talented guy, but he's got some major flaws. To me, guys like Chambers, Peter, Adamek, Povetkin and Haye are nearly on the same level. These guys can beat each other.

I think that Povetkin/Haye would be a hard fight for both.... If Atlas let him fight. The Povetkin that won against Chambers and Byrd would win by UD in my opinion. Haye is not active enough in the ring to beat him on points.

Chambers and Peter could definitly beat him, but the opposite wouldn't surprise me.

Adamek would lose in my opinion.

 

I think Haye would have a hard time with Solis. Very hard time. Even with Solis being a fat slob. Adamek gets hit too often for my liking. Many of the others I haven't seen enough or aren't good enough.
Haye's a good heavyweight, problem is... he wants to have it all too easy. He doesn't want to... build up a solid resume at HW, he just wants quick unification then retirement. That's not the mentality I'm looking for.

Just the Klitschkos who i believe Haye does have a chance against but i favour the brothers.

You have prepared a credible list, but it is a bit exaggerated. Some on your list would beat David Haye three or four times if they fought a total five. Against others, like the Ks, a Haye victory would be tantamount to a miracle of the biblical sort.

I do not think that Holyfield can beat Haye or even make him work hard. Booth and Haye most likely agree and that is why, of your entire list, that is the only scenario that we might see occur. You rightly do not have Rahman or Valuev on your list, one of whom Haye will probably face to close out his illustrious "rampage" through the HW classification.

Your broader point is well taken. Haye and Booth are gimmick-masters who continue to deceive a material, though dwindling, segment of the casual boxing public.

 

I'd put money on Povetkin beating him, and an earlier version of Chagaev. Maybe not the Chagaev we've seen recently though

Haye-Povetkin could be a great fight! With Haye's low punch output and Povetkin being good going forward and a decent combination thrower the rounds would go to Povetkin, but the biggest question would be- can he take Haye's power? Boxing would be so much greater if these fights actually happened
