i used to do lpool manc commute when doing my pgce and i have to say it does take it out of you especially doing it everyday, and also imagine your sitting on that motorway stuck in traffic when you have two kids at home you would hardly see them

Not much point speculating on the reasons, time will tell if it's the right choice :)

tony in your words you said....I'll do whatever it takes to improve, anything!!
in that case why would the traveling be a issue ,if things were that great at arnies gym.

He's putting his family first it seems. I can't have a problem with that.

Pointless question really mate, even if there were issues at the gym he isn't going to come out and say it.

It does seem strange but maybe his priorities have changed for the short term, could be having difficulties at home or anything. If that is the case then short term this could be a solution.

    I love this place.

People asked why, Tony said travelling and everyone goes off on one.

Here's a thought lads, could be the travelling?

How many of us are pro boxers on here? Quite sure its only Tony. He doesnt strike me as someone who wants to lose, infact ive never seen a british fighter who wants to win more in recent times..... he knows whats best for his career. so stop bein mother****ers and jus wish him the best! Rep yourself Tony, big shouts from Wythenshawe!!

Simple guys, it's traveling that's all it is, nothing more nothing less.. I'm gonna draw a line under it to be honest as it is just one of them things, fighters move on and so do trainers it's not an unusual thing ;)
