Spudster, why on earth would I care about Khan earning the most money? How do I, just a mere fan of his, benefit from this?

My primary concern, is Khan unifying a talented division. For this reason, I'd rather see him in bouts which allow him to prepare for those important fight(s) with Bradley or Alexander, or maybe even both.

Now tell me, what's a better achievement..... A win over the number one guy at 140, or a win over Prescott?

You should care how much khan can make not because you do care but because it will be his decision on whether he makes the fight or bnot you simpleton.

I think everyone wants to see the division get unified but that wont be the main reason.

Tell me who did khan fight before maidana? did that person prepare him for maidanas style.

WTF bradley and alexander wont be avaiable ti fight until april so fighting the number one in the division for april is a non issue, are you getting times and dates mixed up.

With schmeiling it was during the war so has alot more significance to the nations of both counties but in terms from just a boxing record standpoint you're right.



But in my opinion this fight only makes sense in april while khan has no other options that will budge and while brad and dev are tied.

 

Obviously not, Spuddy. Prescott will make him the most money. The dude will fight him for peanuts even. But Khan's lot still aren't bothering with him, are they? They're still trying to get McCloskey and Peterson.

No it didn't, and look at what the **** almost happened! He couldn't keep Maidana off him, and almost got sparked out. Which is why if you go through my history of posts, you'll notice me voice my concerns in seeing Khan take the fight so quick. After the Malignaggi bout, they were desperate to pencil in Katsidis for the following July, and then Maidana for November. But unfortunately, a deal couldn't be reached with Katsidis, they failed to get another opponent in time, and they had to go straight into the Maidana fight with 8 months of inactivity.

For the love of God, Spud. Khan's looking for his next fight to be a tune-up. In other words, a fight which will allow him to fine-tune certain aspects of his game before he meets the eventual winner of Bradley-Alexander. Peterson and McCloskey echo some of their stuff, and will allow Khan to get his head round a few things.

Bradley said he has no problem going to the United Kingdom, Khan should just wait until next week, then start working on a deal with Bradley for April, plenty of time for both of them to prepare for the bout.

I think Prescott would win and there is a mental block with Khan.

People can talk about Maidana all they like, in my opinion there is a difference fighting someone who can knock you out as opposed to someone who has knocked you out

don't see why he can't fight him,its a warm up aint it,its got the revenge angle,presscott aint that bad,theres been a lot lot worse warm up fights for khan,lets see,Mmmmmmmm,salita,salita had the unbeaten jew v muslim angle,presscot has the only man to beat him angle !,errrrrr,oh aye and that ***an fellow,terrible,even for a warm up fight .
