20 Year Anniversary: Fenech v Nelson I

Different class and different weight............... very bad fight even for a prime Fenech.

 

There is nobody in the history of the sport who deserves it so much. Although Matthew Saad Muhammad is up there... so is Morales.

 

myself, leon and ben keilty got to hang out with one of the judges for a few days- dave moretti.

gave us a lot of insight and managed to persuade leon into realising the scorecards were perfectly justified

 

Actually he gave me his side of things, but I'll have to disagree with your last sentence, I could see his point of view but didn't necessarily agree with it.

There may even be something about it in this months Fist, if not I'll post it here in a week or two.

It did bloody not, makes me sound like I'm giving the verdict the a-ok.

Whereas I distinctly remember slurring after my 8th pint "Nerrrrblllagghafjshhsyee babagajkalk"*
