Mainly Adam Smith and Johnny Nelson sat around on stools discussing boxing, interspersed with advertisements for various consumer goods.

A lot of talk about the McDonnell fight, some words with Nathan Cleverley and then the build up to the Prizefighter draw.

Re. the discussion with Warren and Mee about negotiations. The answer to so many of boxing's problems comes back to the alphabets. With one champion if a challenger walks away from negotiations with the champion then he has nowhere to go so surely he'd negotiate; and a ruling body should be overseeing negotiations.

My hunch is that Ringside will not properly discuss the problems of the alphabets in its programme throughout its current run.

spoke to Cleverly and Spencer Oliver about the McDonnell fight and had an interview with Jamie, Gavin and Steffy Bull.

    Prizefighter draw as well.

Enjoyed the 2nd half. Mayweather nuthugger Smith was put in his place by Warren though!
