Does he have 11 people to explain why he has made death threats online? I guess you forgot there was a poll about him and if he was going to murder me or not? mentions of guns, drive by shootings etc. Do you not think the police take this seriouse? hahaha what world are you living in buddy? Its not appropriate to talk about any pending court cases and zelky and yourself should know that. Its also not appropriate to use a 3rd party to still harrase me on this issue. I would advise you to drop it now JB you coward no name bch.

Do you recall how many threats you've made online against Zelky and others? Why would you want to drag the courts into the bull**** you've created. The court's resources are limited and should be respected.

Zelky hasn't posted here for about a month. How many times have you mentioned Zelky on this forum over the this time? If you were so afraid you wouldn't be mocking him and trying to provoke him, especially since there is "a 3 yr old child living in the house".

It's one thing to play games on an internet forum, it's another to start wasting the court's time.

You created the bull**** thinking it was a big joke to set up the TheZelky page and you've continued to carry on like a farkin goose.

Nothing I've seen has demonstrated that Zelky has taken it too far. Quite the contrary. He has been very restrained.

You've made many threats to people and these people will inform the court of the type of character you are. The court will quickly realise that you are wasting its time and that this is all just a little game that you've been playing.

If you took Zelky's supposed threats seriously, you would've added your missus as a protected person on your application instead of just you and your kid. You would have to be one of the lowest grubs I've ever come across involving your kid in all of this. And you would've sought "protection" when these threats were made, not six months later.

You do realise people get restraining orders for the most minor thing such as sending unwanted text messages, crashing their trolly into another persons at a supermarket and much more superficial reasons.

Do you seriously believe that the courts are going to start issuing AVOs over an internet forum spat? You two live 500km from one another. If Zelky had been to Albury looking for you then you may have a valid claim. But since this is just internet talk it will be treated as such by the court, much like the threats you've made in the past like stomping heads or raping someone, etc, etc, etc.

Your character is relevant. You can't make the threats you made and then run off to the police when one comes back your way.

An AVO for something like this would open the floodgates for all other like-minded nuffies who hide behind their keyboard to start clogging up the legal system with vexatious claims.

JB, why don't you let it go.
If it has been taken to a legal process wouldn't it be wise to let the matter take it's course, you may not be aware of all the facts here.
Personally I won't jump to conclusions about this matter, to much he said she said and second and third hand infomation being cast about in a malicious manner.

For everyones interest:

Unfortunately I will not be able to turn up to Albury Court at 9:30am on the 31st of January for the AVO hearing, as I have an appointment/engagement myself at Manly Court, at 11:30am on the 31st of January.

I have sent a letter to Albury Court to notify them of my non attendance.

Thanks for your time and patience with this issue ladies and gents. I'm sorry to have wasted so many peoples time with some of my responses and posts in the past.

I think we can all clearly see that my time is up on internet boxing forums. This issue started a very long time ago, 8 years now I think, and looks like it isn't going to end soon.
