I think Alexander will be too fast for Bradley and keep it on the outside, jabbing his way to a victory. If Bradley gets overanxious, he'll get caught with uppercuts. And although Bradley might have better stamina, Alexander has good stamina himself and Bradley doesn't have the power to turn the fight around.

Fight might end in a technical decision though, but even then I think DA takes it

What makes this "final" and "official"? Bradley by wide UD.

What has Alexander done to make people think he can beat a fighter like Bradley?

His best win is probably over Urango, and he looked very average in that fight until he landed that fight changing uppercut. If he can barely outbox a come forward slugger with poor balance and footwork like Urango, who was thouroughly outboxed by Hatton, how can he outbox a fighter with superior judgement of distance and timing? I think Bradley will win this quite easily.

I think it'll be a close fight in the early rounds, especially if Bradley's flu has effected him in training, but later on in the fight, I think Bradley will take over. He'll work his way into the middle and close ranges, and beat Alexander there.

    Bradley UD.

Devon Alexander in a pretty close fight, think he scores a KD at some point, wins split decision.

He's fast, got semi heavy hands, shown stamina, has a good chin/heart, why couldn't he win?

I think this bout is won in the early rounds, and how either guy adapts during those rounds. If Alexander can't adapt to Bradley (I don't believe he adapted to Kotelnik at all)...I think Bradley goes onto win a UD (and vise versa ofcourse).
