In recent years, Ruiz, Toney, Valuev, Povetkin, Haye, Tua etc., then there's guys they should have fought when they had a pulse like Rahman, Briggs and Brewster.

I look forward to "b-b-but Valuev turned down his biggest paycheck! So did Povetkin! Haye ducked them!" and a load of other bull****. The fact is, these fights didn't happen and the Klitschko's didn't do enough to make them happen.

But get used to that. Now that the Klitschko's hold all but one belt, they have every other fighter in the division, bar Haye, over a barrel. I guarantee that in the next few years, most of the big fights we want in the future, won't happen.

stop bullshiting, what should they do? tie hands or what? povetkin and haye are simply scared to lose, they won't agree to fight them anytime soon and it's not because of klitschos are greedy, wlad will fight adamek, the best contender out there and your belowed haye will retire soon with his "record" and "belt" he's just a fraud who promoted himself on klitschos...

Wrong. They have to make mandatory defenses. I would say between both brothers a good 4 out of 10 fights are mandatories.

They can't dictate terms to mandatory challengers. No rematch clauses, no "low-ball" offers.

The only people that buy into haye are his fans and 99% of those are brits and the only reason they back him is bc he lives on the same island they do, thats it.

You got that wrong, Jack. They have to make mandatory defenses. I would say between both brothers a good 4 out of 10 fights are mandatories. They can't dictate terms to mandatory challengers. No rematch clauses, no "low-ball" offers.

If a fighter doesn't like the terms the brothers offer he can simply become mandatory. As simple as that.

Solis is Vitali's mandatory yet there was still a lot of problems negotiating that fight because Oener thought they weren't offering the right amount. This was before it would go to purse bids, obviously.

Even if that's the case, it's hardly a positive that the only way an opponent can get a fair deal, is if the sanctioning body takes over, is it?

Because the division is lacking and is hungry for a big fight, Haye did have the style and personality to easily attract. Then again anyone else would have done the same simply because the division is poor.

Again, most of your post is **** but the last line is interesting.

People always say Haye built his name on the Klitschko's, but who has made them so talked about in recent years? Haye. Without them, what would both brothers have been doing? Fighting the same boring opponents under the radar? Solely because of Haye, they are in the news all the time. Without him, sure, they'd have a few sporadic TV appearances, there'd be a few articles etc., but Haye has given them more limelight than any other opponent, excluding Lewis, could.

But, yeah, people keep repeating the tired line that Haye built his name off the Klitschko's. It's not the whole truth though, is it?

Haye is better than Wlad because Haye doesn't get his older brother to beat the guys who knocked him out in devastating fashion, and Haye is superior to Vitali because he doesn't fake injuries during the fight to avoid losing.

    Yes.

They actually know how ******ed they are. But, culturally, they think it is the correct behaviour for sports fans. They actually consider themselves to be the best fans on the planet.

Of course, the rest of the world looks on them as being some of the most ****ed up people, who seriously dedicate themselves to the most ludicrous ends.

Hayes fans are more loyal to britian then hayes, i am sure if he was from ivory cost, he would be written off...Hayes said he does not want to fight wlad on july 2, an all his loyal fans (british) are saying it is wlad saying he does not want to fight on july 2....It funny to read there dump ass comments. I could only imagine if hayes dumps his boyfriend audrey harrison, he could come to esb, an have a date with the likes of jack, or relentless an many others in a matter of minutes...He might of already taped into that groupie pool already:yep,

It is very true - if Haye was not British then 99% of the people here who defend him would be instead deriding him.

But only a few of the Brits posting are fans for homoerotic reasons. For the rest it is just a blind support because of the nationality.

You can tell the difference. If one of them posts and says "I don't support Haye just because he is from Britain" then you know it is for homoerotic reasons.

hahaha this made me laugh, even though I'm British.

You have to have a go at the press over here, such bias is probably not known outside Britain.

Amir Khan dominated Maidana was a headline we got lol

    :patsch:rofl
