Khan VS McCloskey, April 16th, MEN Arena

i m o, khan is to big for murray, so will want great big payday to cushion the blows, you can buy a lot of real estate in the us with big bucks, the mighty dollar, carrys a lot of clout in us, so i rekon peterson gets the job, and he will not be beat easy, so i hope im right.

All of them should have a battle royale, last one standing gets a crack at A Mere Con.

 

I wouldn't be too displeased with any of them. Preference wise:

1. JMM (obvious reason, its the only big fight here)
2. Brook (I know people will think I'm mental but its just as much seeing Brook stepping up as anything that interests me)
3. McCloskey (southpaw, awkward, he's a bit different to the rest it would be interesting)
4. Holt (solid fighter, more dangerous than Lamont is my gut feeling)
5. Murray (barely above Lamont, mostly because he's a Brit, simple enough fight for Khan IMO)
6. Lamont (least inspiring fight, he's not that exciting on any level. he's possibly better than Murray and comparable to Holt but excitement wise nothing captures the imagination about this fight)

 

Maidana was the interim champ & called for purse bids & i believe the interim champ is entitled to 40% of the split?

 

read on the scene marquez has been offered a khan and berto fight now that morales is off, he will need to make the decision final by monday and tuesday it will be announced.

 

It would be great to see Juan Manuel Marquez fight in the UK, don't think his trainer fancies the job with Khan though.

 

A marquez fight would be awesome! It's a style khan hasn't faced before and I would be amazed if he came out victorious!

Assuming ortiz and judah are both unavailable, my preference is:

Marquez
Prescot
Peterson
Murray

Either of them would be good fights imo.

 

Khan is getting as boring as haye ,when it comes to negociations etc

Laz if this fight with Marquez falls thru, I'm hoilding you personally responsible, Its simply gotta happen.

 

Before people start getting their hopes up..Marquez Vs Khan would not happen in the UK. It would be like throwing money down the drain, HBO wouldn't let it happen.

If he fought Marquez it would be in the Vegas. Not the UK where the revenue can't be maximised.

 

why should marquez fight kham its unfair fight.Marquez isint a lww and khan knows he would have the unfair adavantage in size and speed,asmarquez wouldent bring his power and speed up there,that is why they want him .
