Shah Khan was on some irish radio station and said Mcloskey was offered a 6 figure sum, which was almost 3 times what he earned in his last fight. Shah said that Mcloskeys team wanted double what was almost offered. My guess is Mclloskey was probably offered 150,000 and they wanted 300,000

If my Auntie had a c*ck she'd be my Uncle you muppet! How does he not deserve a shot...unbeaten European Champion and you expect him to take peanuts for the privilege of sharing a ring. Wake up nut hugger.

At a minimum £100k for the fight, I think McCloskey should take this. Afterall, it's a voluntary world title shot ffs.

Even If he loses, he'll still have his European belt that he can build upon for another world title shot. If he wins, he has bigger paydays ahead.

    Paul should go for it.

McCloskey is not looking for 30% nor 20% nor 10%. Khan earnings are his own merit but he cannot have a credible fight with himself. Not saying their mean but funny how the name ***an comes up in their history.{got to pick a pocket or two}. North of 150,000 McCloskey takes the fight.

If their just back back in the UK for cheap shopping stay out of Harrod's and try Tesco, if their what a cheap victory, Latvian factory workers box at weekends. If you want a serious match stop messing with other boxers opportunites and step up. or just go back to laa laa land and let Oscar do the talking.

If McCloskey has turned down £150,000 to fight for a world title well then he is an idiot. No excuse for that to be honest.....

Has anyone actually got the real figure?...or are all these numbers still being plucked from thin air? Im pretty sure Dudey wouldnt turn down £150,000 or upwards...(i think £150,000-£200,000 is reasonable) though, like everyone else on this board, I wasnt in the meetings and as far as I know, nobody on here knows how much was really offered-or not.

I have no idea what he was offered, but i'm just saying if it was £150,000 then he's being an idiot turning it down....

Ah right, fair enough, I thought it must be a guessed number. I'd fight Khan for £150,000 today!
