hes gotta lower his expectations in terms of money , rightly or wrongly team khan have set a budget it apears and will take the cheapest option out of all the equally desrving or underserving oponents

ohh fair enough either way he needs to realise that hes being GIVEN a title shot , at the moment hes ranked number 5 and khans got bigger fish to fry after this stop gap fight , i think it might be case of now or having to wait like 12 months

Seriously, this is such a load of bollocks!

"GIVEN" a world title shot, you'd swear McCloskey just crawled out from under a rock.

If Khan has other great options, let him go and get them, he shouldnt be expecting fighters to make a **** of themselves to get in the ring with him for a purse that is not worth of the fight.

Good luck to him, he is likely to have a world eliminator in the next 6 six anyway in their are unifications.

The Khans are a bunch of cheapskates and people should stop defending the type of actions that trys to **** over another fighter. Totally unbalanced.

Khan should at least fight a top ten fighter in his own weight class. The Murray-Khan match up is a joke. Khan Cowboy Promotions/Auctions is a charade. Sky couldnt give a crap either - they will just be pumping the line 'this is a great fight for Manchester'.

McCloskey is just right to stick to his guns, he will get a shot this year.
