When someone as little as Pacquiao is doing things never done before in the sport, can it be mere talent or enhanced by PEDS? Mayweathers believes its PEDS, most are saying hes requesting OSDT as a smokescreen to not fight Pacquaio, or a smart strategy for a physical/mental advantage on the fight(we now know Manny aint gonna let that happen). What we do know is that Floyd requested OSDT and that Manny will take the test, but not fully random. Its all ego here, What if Pacquaio isnt as big as he is now, theres a good chance he woulda accepted OSDT with no problem. Whatever hes reasons are, Floyd will fight the man, when Manny takes the random OSDT, how many times does he have to say it?

My answer to that question, would be a question, did you have any suspicions before! Mayweather sr made his accusation?

If we are talking cynical, then why is it easy to believe Manny is! taking PED's, but not realistic to think Mayweather is using it as a smoke screen?

knowing how big Floyd's own ego is, do you think, if the same accusation were made Floyd, that he would accept Pac's unprecedented demand for OST? cause straight of the bat, it would look like Manny is accusing of him being a drugs cheat.

All I know, is Manny is willing to do what's required, by the commission, to make the fight, which is how EVERY! other fight is made, the road blocks, is Mayweather's unfounded assertion that he's taking PED, that he must take random test before the fight can happen. If there was a wiff (evidence)that Mayweather's assertion could potentially be true, that there was speculation before hand, that had NOT come from his father, but by other respected people in the game, maybe it would hold some credence? but the fact is, based on how what the laws of the game dictate, this fight aint happening cause Mayweather is asking for unofficial procedure.

If ALL fighters were taking OST, and Manny refused, Manny would be stopping the fight, but that is not an official procedure, so this fight aint happening cause of Floyd, which is why he should be quiet and stop posturing if he's not going to step up.

Wasnt it Michael Moore that started the speculation, that's why he was let go? Ive been hearing the Mayweathers accusing Pacquiao of PED's before Mayweather came back from retirement. It's too late to remove the OSDT on the negotiations, so either Pacquiao agrees fully random or Mayweather accepts the 7 day cut off offer.
