Just my opinion. Both rematches against Arreola and Cunningham Adamek would have won more convincingly than their first fights. Why I think that? This is because Adamek is learning from fight to fight and is still developing (despite 34 yo). Whats more he would have probably knocked down USS. In the first fight Adamek wasnt at his best. Fight was being postponed 2 times by Team Cunningham and you know how hard is to be prepared for such a long time. Adamek looked much better against Banks, the fight took place only 2 and a half mont after the fight with Cunningham and even though he looked much more freshly.

Cris Arreola couldnt have been more motivated than he was against Adamek. It was after he lost badly to Vitali and that fight was to be or not to be bot for Adamek and Arreola.

Honestly, I would love to watch both rematches, but I understand that Adamek has bigger challenges now...

Please explain. As I watched the fight Adamek landed similar amount of punches. He was making the pressure for almost the whole fight and scored 3 KDs. Cunningham on the other hand was much busier fighter, but he didnt land enough clean punches, most of the punches landed on Adamek gloves or even didnt touch him.

history has shown that adamek would have kicked arreola's ass in an immediate rematch because he turned up inc rap shape yet again in his next fight. perhaps we will never see the best of cristobal, but it is obvious from the first fight that had he been in shape and motivated, he could pose adamek problems.

i've been round the houses with the whole cunningham/adamek debate so i'm just gonna agree to disagree :good

hopefully for adamek we see him take on vitali, i'd favour him to win that fight.

I can't believe that Wlad has no plans to fight Haye. Adamek is mobile, but doesn't have the style to beat Wlad.

The same Razor Ruddock that Lennox KO'd in 2 rounds or the Razor that Tommy Morrison KO'd?

He's right though. These guys actually had boxing acumen. Guys like Chambers and Chagaev have a style that is typically used by unathletic guys that don't bring anything to the table.

They learned proper fundamentals in the sense that they can hold their hands up, but they're also predictable, don't have any lateral mobility, and are easy to pick apart buy a guy with Wlad's style and size.

Honestly, the best fighter that Wlad's fought in my opinion outside of Mercer is Calvin Brock who he beat impressively.

But guys like Calvin Brock, but with more athleticism, reach, and ability were in abudance during Tyson's era.

What you don't understand is that boxing is mainly about styles. Obviously athletic ability comes into play, but the reason why Wlad has been so dominant is mainly due to styles.

With Tyson around, guys with Wlad's style didn't make it very far because Tyson's style matched up perfectly against them.

Again, styles make fights. Corrie Sanders beat Wlad in less than 2 rounds.

Does that make Corrie Sanders an unbeatable ATG?
