    exactly he shouldn't be in the hof. Good person, but not a great fighter. 2 time champ? Ruiz is how many times champ? I put Ruiz is a better situation than Moorer as far as HOF, and I do not think Ruiz was a good champion.

    having an undefeated record makes a guy great? Might as well put Yori Boy Campas in the HOF, I think he went 68-0.

    Three wimes counting the WBO. Of course Moorer dumped that belt so he would force the heavyweight champ to fight him. After twice being given step aside money so Bowe wouldn't have to fight him Moorer told Holyfield he would only step aside another time for 20 million.

    Did Bowe's handlers pay step aside money?

    As far as I was aware, both the WBA and IBF (particularly) wanted Bowe to fight Moorer as his mandatory in '93, but decided to allow the Bowe-Holyfield rematch to go ahead due to pressure from HBO. No step-aside money needed.

    They did directly block Holyfield-Lewis from happening in '94 though in favour of Holy defending vs Moorer first, so by that point money would've have to have been offered to change things. But Bowe didn't have the belts by then of course.

    ok 3 titles. Still Moorer doesn't have wins over many great fighters. Bowe would have beaten him easily
