Hey, you'll probably think I'm a lying **** but I'm not, honest! Just gone sub 1'50 (by all of 1 second, funnily enough). I didn't clap overhead but everything else was ok I reckon. As I've said on my log, I dropped onto my knuckles cos of my wrist injury and I think my jump is acceptable. I've been Ross-inspired since 2007 (hence my decent time at this malarkey) and feel better at 38 years old than I did at 25 or 30. If I could go back in time I wouldn't have chucked my best years away on 10k's or half-marathons, that's for ****ing sure.
