At 168 as an undercard fight just to get his feet wet again..... Brinkley, Gare, St Juste, Mendy, Sierra, Balzsay, Gevor, Stevens, Berrio, George, Green, Bika, Ornelas, Bunting, Ikeke. Any of those would be good. Obviously some would make more competitive or better match ups then others but any quality of fighter less then those would be a waste of time and a disappointment.
Hmm... Wasn't Abraham very high in the SMW rankings imediatly after he jumped weights ? In order to be WBO mandatory Pavlik needs to be ranked #4 after Dirrell and Abraham and Mendy who are unavailable or in Mendy's case want's a bigger pay day(IBF) and would probably refuse the WBO if they want to make him mandatory. #4 right now is Renan St. Juste and I think it's fair to rank Pavlik above him(And he already has a fight against Miranda). If the WBO want's it ... I think they can do it.
We all know how the orgs work. They can stick Pavlik in any place they want to. However, I think thay should at least attempt to be fair to Stieglitz by having Pavlik fight a title eliminator.
A few bums then a real fight, he has been inactive why rush him then face 168 fighters like Stieglitz or Bute or the eliminated S6 guys like the losers of the semi finals bouts
Remember when Pavlik dissed the super 6 & declared himself an HBO fighter, as if he was somehow above it all? Now he'll be fighting bums on Pac undercards, assuming he can get his **** together enough to actually show up.
175: Cloud, Shumenov, Diaconu 168: Kessler, Dirrell, Bika It won't be a fighter of that quality though...
Why haven't you guys mentioned any of the young undefeated contenders: Marcus Johnson, Anlfonso Lopez, Edwin Rodriguez, et?
