I have never seen McEwan fight. But I have seen a couple of Andy Lee fights. So I'm going with McEwan by late stoppage! :!:

It would have been a better idea to put this on the British Forum, it would definitely have garnered more interest.
Andy Lee prepared for clash with unbeaten Scot Craig McEwan http://boxing-ireland.com/20110125_andy_lee_craig_mcewan_16.html

Go and check the poll in the British forum Booradly . Them guys would know a lot more about these two boxers than you for a start.
By that rationale Margarito should have beaten Mosley because he beat Cotto whilst Mosley lost to Cotto. Newb logic right there. I've no problem you backing McEwan but using that as the sole reason for your pick is just silly.
Lee really needs it or he can forget this, at 26. Not even old but the stakes are high, I guess just like the Duddy fight.
lee ko,the vera fight defo a fluke, this kid has got talent and a chin,he hasnt been down yet remeber that and hed be a much more skilled boxer than the scot, hes beaten him in the ametuers already aswell!
Lee could well end up winning this on points but with the right tactics McEwan could pull off a late stoppage. Roach is a master tactician and we have all seen how Lee lacks stamina and tends to fade towards the end of his fights. If McEwan does brawl with Lee (like he said he will) he can take him out of there. My prediction is Lee will scrape a points win but McEwan will batter him in the late rounds and everyone will argue that had it been a 12 round fight Lee would have been stopped.
