    You say this is as if HBO was doing Top Rank a favor by distributing and producing the PPV, when HBO stood to make tens of millions of dollars. If this fight does similar numbers to Pacquiao-Margarito fight, HBO/Time Warner is missing out on roughly 30 million. So "crap fight" or not, I doubt HBO would have said "No" to Top Rank had they not cut a deal with Showtime/CBS.
