This joker gave himself away when he urged Pac to leave Roach who incidentally was the one who introduced him to Pac. It was clear that Koncz' agenda then was to attain power over Pac then and it's obvious that his motives haven't changed since.
Koncz can pretend he has an upper-hand over everyone, but when he tipped off, no, gave away that he wanted Pac to leave Roach because he thought that Manny can train himself, he gave up that supposed "ace-in-the-hole"
Pac is supposed to be on the CornFlakes cardboard staring at kids in America every breakfast but Koncz doesn't know how to handle endorsements.
