Make sure you go and see 'The Fighter'

I hve heard mixed reviews on this so i think i might wait till its out on dvd

Well they are probably saving that for if/when they make the Fighter 2: The Arturo Gatti Story :hey

 

I've got it downloaded, I'll probably watch it while I'm waiting for Bradley-Alexander on Saturday.

 

Thought it was a great film and well worth a watch. Obviously there are some big inaccuracies in regards to the boxing side of things but you have to expect that with a big hollywood film. The Gatti fights weren't included as they took place well after Micky was going through all the **** with his family so I have no problem with them not being included after seeing it. Bale was immense as Dickie.

You'd be silly to let the boxing side of things ruin this film, well worth a watch.

Talking of pikeys is Ice still around these parts ? watching that gypsy wedding programme cracks me up and I bet he complains saying 'it's not like that at all' ****ing vest wearing, ponytail sporting, tarmac-ing *******:yep

I pay £18 a month for my Internet connection and I think you'll find (if you bother to do your research!) that that legally entitles me to steal as much music, movies and software as I like.

Forget all the inaccurate stuff just take it for what it is and then ask yourself did it entertain you..

I watched this last night - it will excellent - I loved it from start to finish. Mickey Ward what a legend and what a story. Brilliant!

 

Christian Bale stole the show as his brother - brilliant!

 

I watched it last night, very enjoyable. As everyone is saying, Bale is brilliant. The film takes a few liberties with the facts but its a good, interesting film.
