LOL, honestly anyone who thinks Chavez would last two rounds with David has got there head in the sand. Jr. is a good enough fighter but Lemieux **** ****ed Ayala, who is a much better fighter then anyone on Jr.`s record in one round. Honestly, Jr.'s been having knock-down drag'em out slug-fests with guys one the same level as Camacho Jr. and Donnie McCrary....again, Lemieux blows though guys out in one round.

Yes Jr is a more complete and better fight now. He has a world class training and put out his best performance against his hardest opponent; however, it doesn't change the fact that he'd get his ass handed to him in under two rounds.

The only people fit to stand in the ring with David are world class boxer punchers or very good stick and move guys. Everyone else gets run over. When David pimp smacks Rubio I doubt anyone's going to be giving the chosen Son any chance in a fight between the two.

I think its unfair that chavez is getting a hard time by everyone just because fo the boots he has to fill. He will never be like his father but he can be a good fighter.
On the other hand I dont see chavez r doing anything to earn it the hard way and he benefits from his name on plenty occasians, thus giving the critics stuff to work with.

from where they are in their careers lemiuex has way more potential even if its against lesser opposition. he hasnt fought over 40 foights with no names like your boy. there is a reason chavez is being gaurded. they are just trying to milk him him before he is knocked out.

David is 22 with 25 fights. just now starting to step up against a little better level of comp.
JR. is 24(about to be 25) with 42 fights. dont see how his resume is all that better anyways. once jcc fights better comp he wil be exposed. he is lucky he dint fight cotto.

How could you guys possibly argue over this? At this point we don't know what either guy has, ask at this time next year and it'll be clear.

JCC Jr gets the flu 3 days before the fight and gets cancelled... 2 months later he fights a bum with a 0.25% KO and improves his record to 103 wins

And you call yourself a fan of boxing?:patsch

Besides his massive power, he's got a beautiful technique, masters every punch in the book, closes the distance very well, is as good as they get on the inside, has excellent head movement, solid defense, great patience, remarkable precision, god-like combination abilities, good lateral movements, can fight at a high pace for a very long period without getting tired and he's a scary counterpuncher on top of that. I'm sure I forgot some of his caracteristics, but anyway...

Have you ever seen him in action before? Watch and learn.

If you want to be really picky about him, then yes he has some ''weaknesses''. His reach is obviously small for a middleweight, his feet aren't blazing fast, his chin is still unproven (though I've seen him get clocked by some decent blows and he usually just steps back before jumping on you for the kill) and he's got the bad habit of slightly dropping one hand when he's throwing the other one.

But in the end, he's so superior to Chavez on every level that he would dismantle him with ease. Maybe Roach can make his fighter survive 2-3 more rounds, but that's about it.

If you want to make a similar analysis for Jr., go ahead (but remember David's 2 years younger and doesn't have 41 fights under the belt:rofl). Good luck!

David Lemieux (25-0, 24 KO’s) the guy is untested. Until he steps up his game and starts fighting B comp He is a hype job to me but very fun the watch

Do you consider Rubio B level competition? He's fighting him in April.
