As a matter of fact no he isn't. I don't need to say how I know him or who I know that's besides the point. It's just narrow minded donkeys like yourself that get on my nerves.
Hearns is being greedy and is now demanding more... The deal was almost set. It should have been done tonight, but Hearns tried to squeeze more. McCloskey wanted it, but it's just his damn Promoter. It's 99.9% off. No deal whatsoever. Amir's camp is now looking at Murray or Peterson. This has become so boring :dead
Khan is such a saint ...isint he.no truth that he is trying to pay peanuts,i think the point hearn raises about the ppv in ireland is a fair one ...but khan dosent seem to want to be reasonable.
i think we should forget khan and whoever, lets get coldhearted and ironsense on PPV,id buy to watch to internet tough guy nerds fighting it out:bbb
Peterson supposedly wants £125k more than Mccloskey, $600k, but.. ignoring that ,it is the most respectable bout around, and would bring in a greater share of the US market, even on tape delay. The Murray fight would be a dream to promote. Could be absolutely huge. It's just the lightweight factor, giving up that weight to someone Khan's size..a little hard to stomach and would ruin any interest I'd have in this bout. If he was gonna fight a lightweight, for me it would have to be JMM or Katsidis (actually forget Katsidis, I dont even think i'd like that), tho sadly neither will happen for this fight.
cheers Laz, tho the updates are too frequent, defo informative:good I'd prefer Murray anyway, what about yourself??
Khan's in the position to call the shots not the other way around, these guys should be happy they are getting a shot for a World Title vs a big name in the U.K and still making more than their normal fights.
Ok, so you know how much Khan is offering to McCloskey's team then? This is the THIRD offer they've given him. Dude, if you don't have anything to show me, then there's no point with your post.
I agree. Murray is a absolutely huge fight. My only concern is, will the fight be done in the ring or outside the ring? Both crowds are hugely hostile. I probably wouldn't even go to this. No worries. I prefer Murray aswell, but as Box said, the lightweight factor is a problem. Also, as I said above, the two parties kind of make me worry. They look like they'll be tearing it up well before the fight even starts.
