    Do you find yourself over compensating because of the headgear with this drill?

    Sorry it took me so long to respond. But for me....doing this drill in head gear doesn't effect me and/or the timing of my movement.

    that slipping drill looks pretty good, similar to what ive done before..except i didnt have my hands down at my waist.

    the video of the guy getting hit while he hits the dummy just looked like a bunch of guys ****ing around

    My gym has a beat the crap out of the 265 lb new guy with long hair for a round sparring policy.
