Chris looks like he's bern working hard. Good for him.

Abel should be outclassed as chris has a great amateur record and good pro resume...at least compared to Abell.

Can't wait to see this fight tomorrow night! Should be a knockdown drag out.

 

Decent weight. I really think 230-235 is a good weight for him.

 

Nice to see Arreola in that shape. Hope he can keep it up for all fights.

 

He looks as good as 5 years ago, and Abell looks as good as ever. Glad this is a televised fight. ESPN right?

My sons have been wanting to have a fight night, maybe this one will be a good showing for them.


Hope Abell wins an exciting fight. A southy with power and chin will always make some noise.

article on Arreola working with Shields and losing weight. I guess he means it this time. If he wins and starts coming in lighter, we will see.

I got disappointed too many times by Arreola, but if he has truly changed his ways I am glad to hear it

 

Arreola goes from 30% body fat to 25% body fat and people celebrate.

Ya, he's lost some weight, but looks like he's losing it the wrong way to me...he looks weak. Looks like
he's melting - a snowman in 50 degree weather.

 

Glad he slimmed down, but he still needs to lose a good 20lbs more.

 

Arreola is making progress. I think, if he continues to work hard he will become a champion with patience. Arreola will probably win by knockout. I wish him lots of luck.
