    The way people treat Oscar is a classic example of my theory that "boxing fans" are boxing worst enemy.

    Damn right. We ask too much of fighters.
    In UFC fighters have several loses and are still considered the best...not in boxing. We put too much into the word "undefeated".

    also...in UFC you pretty much know who's gonna fight who, and when.....in boxing, it's a ****en circus to get a fight made :-(

    There was a handful of guys giving DLH **** about it. But they're actually in the minority. The chicanos were always behind DLH. There was a segment who worshipped Chavez who hated on him. These are the same guys who say they're 100 percent Mexican and get shocked when they go to Mexico and get shitted on for not speaking Spanish. :lol:

    ****, DLH's Spanish was way better than Vargas who sounds ******ed when he speaks it. That's the comedy of it all. In reality DLH was way more Mexican than Vargas.

    Its easier for the UFC cuz its control by one person. Boxing is a whole wide sport. You can't control it like UFC.
