    The fight is long gone and McCloskey should just focus on his defence of his Title.

    So what? well firstly this is a boxing forum and people generally discuss boxing here.

    Secondly, Khans team issued the press release so I guess they want to discuss it further.

    Thirdly, if you arent interested there is no need to post.

    And fourth, finally and most importantly - their are unresolved issues about the way Khan conducts business and this will hopefully force the issue and out the expose offers and counter offers that were made and rejected.

    Then people can make their minds up about who was or wasnt acting in a reasonable manner.

    Don't expect Laz to understand that lot....

    As for who was acting in a reasonable manner, I'd imagine that much is obvious :hey

    McCloskey is entitled to a reasonable share of the money generated from this fight, Hearn is absolutely right pressing for a share of the Irish money.

    I hope McCloskey doesnt live to regret turning down this chance is he a certainty for a title shot some point down the line? Im not entirely sure he is

    They have a point Lazarus. This is a boxing discussion forum. Just because the fight might not be happening, doesn't me what went on shouldnt be discussed. Granted it serves no real purpose, but nor does "Who would win a Prime Tyson vs a Prime Audley" and the rest of the stuff you see on here

    People are getting the wrong impression.

    I'm just saying, I don't see much point talking about a dead fight. Many members have said this has dragged on too far and people really don't give a toss anymore.

    If the guy wants to talk, then go for it, I'm just saying that I don't see too much of a point now.
