Why was OSDT ever brought up in Pac vs Mayweather?

I'm under the impression that this test was brought into the negotiations to prevent both camps from cheating. Now that Manny has accepted a 7-day cutoff, why isn't Floyd jumping all over this? I mean 7-day cutoff has to be more than adequate to prevent Pac from cheating right?

Floyd's scared from the very start of negotiations!

Ever imagine how great it would be to take full random blood testing, pass the test, and then go on to fight the person who accuses you of cheating and whoop his ass?

    Pacquiao hasn't.

Floyd offered 14 days. Now Floyd & *****s say offers don't last forever, much like a store sale. Instead of fighting Pac, Floyd is content to fight women and security guards, hoping to land a long enough stay in prison until Pac retires, and where he can keep calling Pac a PEDs cheat, while he fights off prison butt rapists to keep Ellerbe from getting jealous.

Which ever one backs up their argument the most at that time.

was a result of drug testing a minute before and after the fight differs? if the answer is no so why not let floyd and pac fight first then right after the fight have their blood taken for drug testing. if manny won and is positive of peds, the decision will be changed and he be penalised and floyd's still the undefeated. if the mayweathers still refuse this, therefore they are scared of manny all these time.

Please explain to me why he has to other than to completely give in to Floyd's demands? I mean 7-days is just as good as preventing cheating, at least to the best of my knowledge it is. What the hell is Pac supposed to take in the last week that will help him so much? Especially when they start to slow down training with the fight being so close. So prevent cheating is met with this concession, why isn't it good enough for Floyd?

Who cares? Both will eliminate cheating from the equation right? So doesn't that meet the goal to begin with?

He has already told the media he would take the full random blood testing, no cut offs, he even joke he would take it in between rounds. So stop this 7 day bull**** now, we gone beyond that part correct?

So after the mosley fight if floyd suddenly finds his urge to get back in the ring, i don't want to hear **** about cut off dates, because manny has told you all that he agreed to all of floyd demands, which is full random testing no cut offs.

this is what i think pac should do now as floyd would not budge an inch. however, it can go both ways. floyd could simply drop the osdt and show the world how he whoops an accused drug user. this is considering floyd already has an edge in skills and fundamentals.

    floyd hasn't.

Fair enough...BUT will you also accept that Floyd's a ***** if he doesn't find the urge now that Pac has agreed to Random all the way to the fight?
