    Jan Nyholm, 48-years-old (almost 49 :bbb) and damn he is in shape!! Watch that picture!! Nothing but a respect to him! He is 48 and he has trained/sparred many years with best finnish professional boxers. And he wanted to fight his last fight before he is 50 and he also wanted to be a first finnish fighter to fight in 4 different decades..

    Amazing, woaaah.. Sorry I dont know how to upload picture here but there is a link;

    When he was younger he was a pretty good prospect.. a beatiful knockout, his 3rd professional fight (1989)

    Its like he gets bored, has a fight, enjoys a couple of years in the sauna and then gets bored again.

    He is totally a drug free guy. He is known about his crazy training attitude cause he is training and sparring 2-3 times in a week with our country's best professional fighters. And he is also known about his healthy lifestyle so I can promise to you that he is not using anything.

    And about one hour ago his hand was raised and he won his last fight by points :good

    The fight was like 20 years ago, so he was a bit below 30 at that time. Although when I watched it I also had a thought there is no way he can be 48.

    No, just drinking (and than blaming my illiteracy on the late hour :lol:). On the second thought, if I'd be still in shape to watch it when it starts... I can't decide, when exactly does it start?
