I was out all night, got in about an hour ago and id forgotten all about the Bradley Alexander fight, boy am i pissed off cuz i was really looking foreward to it, for some dumb reason i thought it was next weekend.

So what happened, Bradley won, there was a few headbutts im there and Alexander quit? Or something similar. But how was the fight panning out, who was up on your scorecards? Who was on top, in control?

I was tipping Bradley to win, he just seems to get the job done but i wasnt wanting any form of contronversy.

wasn't a great fight so don't kick yourself that you missed it.

bradley used his head as usual.

i saw it being a very close fight although most people seem to think bradley won.

after an "accidental" headbutt in the 10th round, it went to the scorecards and bradley won a UD by suprisingly wide margins on 2 of the cards.

Big cut over the right eye and a cut right on the edge of the left which Devon "claimed" burned and hampered his vision.

It wasn't a good fight you missed nothing

For the record i had Bradley 7-3 up

the 1st big headbutt which looked intentional caused a pretty bad cut over alexander's right eye.

another headbutt caused a cut on bradley's face.

the headbutt that led to the end of the fight was near alexander's left eye and devon complained that it was burning.

I was really drunk and could barely keep my eyes open because it was 4:30 in the morning here, I had it 5-5 after 10 rounds, I actually had alexander 5-4 up going into 10, I get the feeling I need to rewatch it though since evryone had bradley winning easily.

Yea I agree on the wide margins. The 98-93 was really pushing it. And I also thought the 1 point was too close. IMO it was a 2 or 3 pt win for Bradley.

Basically it was a **** fight. Neither man were impressive and it all looked pretty ameturish really.

Alexander couldnt even get started and Bradley was landing loads of big shots on him although his power was exposed as non existant.

Headbutt early on cut Alexander...Bradley continued to dominate him

By the 10th Alexander was losing the fight by 3/4 rounds id say...he got headbutt again and in my opinion did everything he could to have it stopped.

So Alexander pulled a quitjob he clearly didnt want to carry on. Plain and simple it was a quitjob.. for 2 possible reasons.

    1) He was deluded enough in thinking he had done enough to scrape a draw and so wanted it stopped so he could get out of there without a loss.

    2) He wanted it stopped on cuts so when he lost he would have a ready made excuse for getting beat.

Both men were pretty crap to be honest but Bradley was clearly better. Alexander has now lost his last 2 fights in my opinion. He pulled a disgraceful quitjob because he knew he was losing and he will now go down in the trinity of ***gots along with Andre Dirrell and Kermit Cintron.

No need to see a rematch...the fight was terrible and Bradley would have obviously won it in any event.
